The guys at creative are great. Havent had a bad experience. The reps are very knowledgeable and are quick to answer questions but will also let you browse peacefully. Went in the other day and there was a new kid working, he was very helpful and will be a great addition. Five stars.

The guys did a fantastic job on installing my door poppers Polite, knowledgeable, and prompt. I cant wait to have my sound system done by them next year.
I had an issue with the speakers I ordered fitting into my truck door. I found this out before i tried to install them through a fitting guide . Realized i had got the wrong ones they were excellent at walking me through the return policy for there website and were very prompt with helping return them so far and A plus plus.
I should have waited for car fi to open back up from the covid closure.
A bunch of confusion here. Wasnt sure about inventory. Speakers in sound room where blown. Guy that helped me wasnt very professional. Wont be back

Sorry this place have any idea about stero anttna for a ford focus or anything I went to Walmart and got everything I needed didnt happen once but twice..
All I wanted was a simple install of an XM radio they tried to get me to buy it integrated into vehicle stereo system but I think they were trying to get me to buy a whole new system for Even just a regular install is almost Not worth it

I bought an alarmremote start for my Silverado last year. Creative audio did a great job and Im happy with the product. Today they happily reprogrammed a new remote and made some adjustments. Good and professional people to deal with. Highly recommended.
